Initial Consultation - 60mins - $180
A 60-minute initial consultation involves a deep dive into your current health issues, health history, family history, lifestyle, and current nutrition.
This consultation will involve lots of questioning that can help guide me in creating an individualised treatment plan to address your current presenting complaint/s, including lifestyle recommendations, further testing, and supplementation, if necessary.
It is always preferable for the first appointment to take place in person at 3C's Health & Wellness. However, it is understandable if this is not an option, in which case, an online appointment is welcomed.

Initial Return Consultation - 45 to 60mins - $100
In a return consultation, which is usually scheduled between 2-4 weeks after your initial appointment, we will revisit your presenting complaint/s, go over any test results, and continue to advance your treatment plan to best achieve results for your individual needs.
This appointment can be scheduled for 3C's Health & Wellness or Online.
Consultation & Personalised Meal Guide - From $105
A full consultation will be conducted, and once concluded, a personalised meal guide program designed to help meet your individual needs and requirements will be created and emailed to you.
Meal guide programs are available in 7, 14 and 30-day programs, which include:

- Meal plans;
- Shopping list;
- Receipes.
This appointment can be scheduled for 3C's Health & Wellness or Online. To book an appointment, select either the 'initial consultation + meal guide' or 'return consultation + meal guide', in which the base price displayed is the amount of the consultation and upon the completion of the consultation, the add-on price for the selected meal guide listed below will be added on top of the consultation fee to produce the overall total price for this service. The meal guide programs are an add-on service to your consultation fee for half the price of the meal guide programs on their own.

14 days = $35 (normally $70)
30 days = $60 (normally $120)
Acute Illness Consultation - 30mins - $65
An acute illness consultation is a short consultation in which I can address immune support for colds, flu, and other acute illnesses. I can offer a combination of nutritional, supplemental, and lifestyle support.

This appointment can be scheduled for Online only. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required upon booking this service.
Health Check - 30mins - $65
A 30-minute health check consultation consists of checking all your vital signs (i.e. blood pressure, heart rate, etc), glucose levels, and oxygen saturation levels within your blood.

Chelle will interpret these results and suggest general changes for optimal health.

Functional Pathology Testing - Reading - 45mins - $100
Take the guesswork out of your blood test results and allow Chelle to interpret your results and suggest general changes for optimal markers.
After booking your blood test reading service, you will need to send your recent blood test results (within the last month) to admin@3cshw.com for assessment at least 2 days before your appointment date. Chelle will then assess, produce and send a return email with her findings and general recommendations on your appointment day.
